New National Day and Scholarship Created in Celebration of Healthcare Professionals
Calgary, AB (PRWEB) May 24, 2009 -- Custom Learning Systems Group (CLS), an on-site training, coaching and service education provider for North American Hospitals, in celebration of its 25th anniversary, has designated May 28th as Healthcare Professional Appreciation Day.
CEO Brian Lee states, "Because our mission is to support and celebrate the healthcare profession, we selected May 28th to focus the attention on the many unsung individuals who provide the care or work behind the scenes to make a difference in our communities."
The goal of the day is to recognize everyone with a role in the healthcare profession, from executive and administrative staff, physicians, nurses, security guards etc.
The Day also provides healthcare professionals with an opportunity to apply or nominate someone for a continuing education scholarship of $1000.00.
